Turning Outdated Into Rejuvenated.

Codes change, competition rises and market demands shift, the challenge is how to make your building keep pace for a greater return on investment. We have a range of solutions for updating, improving and enhancing exterior facades to be repositioned to attract the right clientele.

What is Recladding?

Recladding involves the complete removal of the existing facade followed by replacement with a complete new building envelope. Recladding is most often undertaken with a building where the structure is in good condition, but the exterior needs revitalization. Due to the disruption from
demolition required, the exterior renovation may need to be executed in phases at different locations of the building due to some areas of occupancy or could be undertaken all at once for a top down or bottom up reskin approach if all floors are fully unoccupied.
